Given the current situation, we have taken following precautions to do our part to help make everyone feel comfortable participating in this year's event.
As part of the registration process, you will be required to acknowledge that you have read and understand this notice
As always, each participant will be required to sign our "hold harmless" agreement before entering our course.
As always, when you enter our facility, you will be directed where to park by our parking lot staff.
Hand washing stations and sanitizing stations will be provided at the restrooms and in the sponsorship area.
This year's event will take place in October. It is common for our geographical area to experience hot and humid weather during this time of the year. We will NOT require any of our staff, volunteers, sponsors, or participants to wear a mask. If you would feel more comfortable wearing a mask and/or gloves, then by all means, do so. ***We do not recommend anyone wear a mask while running in our event.***
We ask that everyone be as respectful as possible when it comes to distancing from others. We are not the distance police. We will NOT patrol the site and force everyone to be 6 feet apart. If you are participating in our event, you know what you are here to do. This is a physical event. You may be near people. You will climb obstacles that other people have used.
If you are sick, have a high temperature or other symptoms, or do not feel comfortable participating in this year's event, stay home.
